Since 1987 I am working as a mechanical technician (Maschinenbau-Techniker) as supervisor of installation and commissioning of industrial plants.

 

Since 1994 I am working in the same field as a free-lancer.

 

I had been stationed in Thailand for about 10 years. From Thailand I was taking care for mainly Thai and other Asian customer.

After my return to Germany I am working in the same field.

 

 

My major activities since 1987 have been:

 

Supervision of installation and commissioning of industrial plants, until acceptance by customer.  

·        Batch mixing plants.

·        Glass–cullet - treatment systems.

·        Internal / external cullet return- and delivery systems.

·        Silo feeding (mechanically / pneumatically).

·        Dosing – weighing - mixing systems.

·        Transportation systems for bulk materials (mechanically / pneumatically).

·        Raw material processing systems.

·        Cement handling plants.

·        Cement big bag feeding systems.

·        Repair and maintenance of above named plants.

·        Modification and extensions of existing plants.

·        Consulting and customer care.

·        Supervision of local pre-fabrication.

·        Scheduling and planing of installation dates and personal.

·        Leading of installation teams.

·        Site cost control.

·        Co-ordination between client, customer and local supplier.

·        Site set up.

·        After Sales Service.

·        Fluent English communication.

·        Word processing: Win’95/’98, Win2000, WinXP, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Works, MS-Outlook.

 

 

The above listed works were carried out according to the clients demands in corresponding to their information, documentation and drawings.

 

Commissioning of plants were carried out together with an electrician / electronics person sent by the client.

 

Duration of the installation and commissioning period are ranging between one month and one year.

 

Capacity of these plants are reaching from 50 tons/day to over 1.000 tons/day.

 

Value of those plants were from 30.000 € to 6 Mio. €.

 

Most of the projects have been turn-key projects.
